Dear Parents/Guardians and Students,
I am proud to introduce our school to you and this website will tell you more about the special qualities of our school, the outstanding all-round education that we offer and how we aim to meet the commitment to achieve the best for each student.
At Virginia College we are proud of the very broad curriculum we offer, our excellent academic results, outstanding educational facilities, an exceptional array of co-curricular and extra-curricular activities but more importantly our excellent staff and outstanding students.
We believe that respect is at the heart of creating a climate for success. To this end we insist on a smart uniform, good behaviour and politeness. In turn this underpins our vision for all students to achieve personal excellence.
We are committed to our students and their individual growth and development through empowering them by giving them the skills to achieve personal excellence. Our commitment to them makes the college a happy place to learn and develop. Our students thrive knowing that they are supported in every aspect of their life by dedicated staff.
As Principal, I am proud to be part of the Virginia College community, to witness young people enter this school, to support them on their journey and watch them progress as confident, respectful young adults, determined to reach their full potential. I hope they will take the opportunity to follow their dreams and to excel in their chosen career pathway, destined to make a positive contribution to the community.
